SMS Permissions
With your authorization, the system will locally detect SMS containing financial or fraud-related keywords (primarily from banks or service providers). This information is solely used to ensure loan security and prevent fraud. You can disable this feature in your permission settings at any time. For credit assessment, risk management, and anti-fraud purposes, we will collect your SMS logs and transmit/store them on our server (https://ph.lpeso.com), including sender, date, and content. We only collect SMS logs related to financial/fraud analysis. Non-financial SMS data and personal information will be filtered, deleted, and not stored. We strictly comply with laws and regulations and will never share SMS content with others. You may refuse to grant SMS permissions, but this may affect the full loan service experience. You can enable or disable this permission in settings at any time.
Camera Permissions
Photos of ID documents and real-time liveness detection videos captured via the camera are used to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements under Philippine financial regulations. All biometric data is securely stored using AES-256 encryption, and original files will be automatically deleted 90 days after account verification. You may request early deletion (subject to customer service identity verification). We do not access photos or videos stored on your device. Camera permissions require your consent; without them, you cannot capture or update images.
Emergency Contacts
We only collect information for 2 emergency contacts (including relationship, name, and phone number). This information is solely used to verify borrower identity, assess qualifications, and conduct risk and anti-fraud analysis. You may provide this information by manually entering contact details. This method only collects the contacts you input and does not access your entire address book. We will never share data with third parties without permission. All data is transmitted and stored on our server (https://ph.lpeso.com) via HTTPS secure connections.
App List
We collect information about apps installed on your device but only transmit and store data related to specified financial or fraudulent apps, including: whether the app is pre-installed, app name, version code, first installation time, and last update time. This data is used to identify behavioral risks, prevent fraud, and safeguard account and fund security. Non-financial app data is not transmitted or stored. We will never share data with third parties without permission. All data is transmitted and stored on our server (https://ph.lpeso.com) via HTTPS secure connections.
General Device Identifiers
- Wi-Fi Status Access: With this permission, we may collect your Wi-Fi address for risk assessment and identifying abnormal behavior.
- Network Status Access: With this permission, we may collect your network information, including IP address, connection status, and connection type. This helps prevent data loss or processing delays due to network interruptions and aids in risk assessment and identifying abnormal network behavior.
- Advertising ID: With this permission, we may collect your Google Advertising ID (GAID) to analyze ad data and optimize your ad experience. You can disable this permission in your device's "Personalized Ads" settings.

Accounts with pending or unpaid orders cannot be deleted until resolved.
